= ---------------------
18

3g - 6 -2g - 6
= ---------------------
18

g - 12
= -----------
18

You should first change the denominator into same number, which is 18

So you multiply the first fraction of both numerator and denominator by 3, and the second by 2:

3(g-2) / 18 - 2(g+3) / 18 = (3g - 6 - 2g - 6) / 18 = (g-12)/18
