Which is the best way to avoid dehydration?How long do you usually have to stay with an exercise program to notice significant changes?

The best way to stay hydrated is to drink lots of water and avoid carbonated/caffeinated drinks, due to the high amount of sugar which causes dehydration.

Usually, you stay in an exercise program for 3-5 months before seeing any significant changes (only if you keep up with it that is) This is because it takes time to burn the body fat and gain muscles.
