y intercept would be 0

slope should be (-1/4)

x − 4(y + 1) − 5 = 0
x - 4y - 4 - 5 = 0
x - 4y - 9 = 0
4y = x - 9
y = 1/4x - 9/4

slope = 1/4

y-intercept when x = 0 then y = -9/4

answer
slope = 1/4
y-intercept (0, -9/4)
