Substitute everything in first

3(-2)-1-3(-2)

Then simplify

-6-1+6 = -1

The answer is -1

3 x (-2) - 1 - 3 x (-2)
(Simplify by: Multiplying a positive and a negitive equals a negative:
(+) x (-) = (+))
Multiplying two negitives equals a positive:
(-) x (-) = (+) )
-3 x 2 - 1 + 3 x 2
(Eliminate the opposites)
Answer: -1
