One complete orbit of the earth around the sun is 365 and ΒΌ days. Because of this, the earth has to completely orbit around the sun in respect to the stars too no the sun only and so the earth spins 366.26 times every rotation. The ratio of the earth's orbital period about the sun to the earth's period of rotation about its own axis will then be 1 is to 366.26.
