If both the president and the vice president are unable to fulfill their duties, who takes over as president?

If the president is unable to fulfill his/her duties as president, the vice president takes over the spot as president. If the vice president is unable to fulfill the duties as president, then the speaker of the House will take over as president. If the speaker of the House is unable to fulfill the duties as president, then the Senate president will take over.
