Let x represent the amount of blankets that Jennifer sells.

Since each blanket is sold at $25, then, Jennifer will receive 25x dollars for selling x blankets.

Since the cost of the rent of the booth was $150, the total cost-profit balance for selling x blankets and paying the rent of the booth will be 25x-150.

Let y represent the cost/profit of Jennifer's crafts. Then, the linear equation that represents the situation, is:


y=25x-150
