The line is parallel to a line with a slope of 3/4 so it also has the slope 3/4.
The form of the line is now y = 3/4 x + b
The line passes through the point (0, -5) so:
-5 = 0×3/4 +b so b = -5

The line needed to find: y = 3/4x - 5
