The sequence is the following:

a_1=4

a_n=2*a_n_-_1

the second description means that each term, is 2 times its previous term

so

a_1=4

a_2=2*a_1=2*4=8

a_3=2*a_2=2*8=16

a_4=2*a_3=2*16=32

a_5=2*a_4=2*32=64

a_6=2*a_5=2*64=128

Answer: C) 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128
