the vertex of y = -3|x + 5| will be at (-5,0)

the -6 moves it dwn vertically 6 units

so answer is (-5,-6)

Since this is an absolute value function, it will have a maximum value when x=-5, which makes y=-6, so the vertex is the point:

(-5, -6)
