Both of them have ,Cytoplasm, Ribosomes, Mitochondria, Endoplasmic Reticulum (Smooth and Rough), Golgi Apparatus,
Microtubules/ Microfilaments,
Nucleus, and Flagella which is found in some animal and plant cells.
