South Africa have 3 capitals.
i)cape town
3+1+16+5 + 20 +15+13+14
25 + 72 = 97
ii) Pretoria
16 +18+5+20+15+18+9+1=102
iii)Bloemfontein
2+12+15+5+13+6+15+5+9+14+20+14 = 130
