According to Dollard and Miller's frustration-aggression hypothesis, aggression is the interaction between internal feelings or emotions and the factors in the environment. Frustration is an internal feeling, but if the environment does not come into play, it will not lead to aggression. The likeliness of becoming an aggression would occur if the aggressive behavior helps eliminate frustration.
