The correct phrase is "I don't think that it..." :)

I believe that the phrase that indicates that Malcolm X is stating an opinion is given in two sentences, when he uses "I think..." and "I don“t think...".

The fact that he select the word think shows that he is validating the argument on his own opinion and not using other authors or references to make a point.
