I don't see a list of options, but I know that the answer is y = -4x + 6.
Point - Slope Form: y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 2 = -4(x - 1)
y - 2 = -4x + 4
+ 2 + 2
--------------------
y = -4x + 6
