O(0,0)
P(5,5)
solution:
slope=(5-0)/(5-0)=1
use point-slope form:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-5=1(x-5)
y-5=x-5
y=x+0
where 1 is the slope, 0 is the y-intercept
the final form simplifies to
y=x
