Standard equation of a parabola:

(y-k) =a(x-h)², where h and k are the coordinates of the vertex V(h,k)

f(x)= y =4(x-7)²+3

(y-3) = 4(x-7)². Then the coordinates of the vertex V(7,3)

The answer is actually (-1, 3) if you are doing it on USATESTPREP.com
