I think its the third one
y+2=-(x-4)

Its because the - represents -1 which is the slope of the graph. And the number inside of the x parentheses usually switches signs so it would be 4, which is a point on the graph. Then I think it would be +2 because when subtracted to the other side of the equation it would become -2 which is a point on the graph that corresponds to x=4.

I may be incorrect, you can check my reasoning to see if I make any sense xD
