PLEASE HELP!! Below is the graph of f(x)=3log10x. How would you describe the graph of g(x)=9log10x?

Answer:

Option B.

Explanation:

Function
f(x)=3log_(10)x has been graphed in the figure attached.

We have to find describe the graph formed by the function
g(x)=9log_(10)x

To check this we will plug in the value x = 100 in both the functions

f(100)=3log_(10)100

f(100) = 3×2 = 6

g(100)=9log_(10)100

g(100) = 18

(g(100))/(f(100))=(18)/(6)=3

Therefore, for each value of x, function g(x) will be stretched vertically by a factor of 3.

Option B will be the answer.

It would be a vertical stretch by a factor of 3. Letter B
For example: when x= 10 in f(x) y = 3 and in g(x) y = 9
