The ratio of liters to milliliters is 1 : 1,000. In another words, it means that:
1 liter=1000 milliliters, so we need to know how many milliliters in 5.4 liters, and to find the answer, I will use tree diagram:
1 liter=1000 milliliters
5.4 liters:?milliliters
Step 1:
Use cross multiply
54×1000=5400
Use division:
5400÷1=5400, so 5400 milliliters is your final answer. As a result, the jar contains 5400 milliliters of juice. Hope it help!
