B'A'/BA = A'E'/AE =... =8/4 = 6/3 .. = 2 ANSWER A

The answer is A. Since the original shape is smaller, you know that the scale factor has to be greater than one. Also, looking at an individual point, point A was originally (1,1) but changed to (2,2). This means that the point had to be multiplied by a scale factor of 2.
