We know that a polygon transform according this this rule:(x+4,y-6). This means that the polygon moves 4 units to the right , and 6 units down. As a result, D is your final answer. Hope it help!

The answer is down because the y axis goes up and down, so subtracting from the y value would make the polygon go down (if a point was located at -4,6 then the new polygon would be 0,0)
