Answer: - 1.75 or - 1 3/4 or -7/4

Explanation:

(3, -6) (5, -8)

The 3 is x1 and the -6 is y1

The 5 is x2 and the -8 is y2

To find the slope you do

y2 - y1 / x2 - x1
