EQUATION OF A CIRCLE (x-h)² + (y-k)² = R²
Let's complete te square of each of the following

x² + y² +14x+10y−7=0. Put the x together as well as the y's & transpose the 7
(x² + 14x) + (y²+10y) = 7

Complete the square of :(x² + 14x) = (x+7)² - 49

Complete the square of (y²+10y) = (y+5)² -25

(x+7)² - 49 + (y+5)² -25 = 7

(x+7)² + (y+5)² = 81

h= -7
k=-5
Ten the centre is O(-7,-5)
