Hello,
We have this formula:
y=mx+b
Apply all the information that we had into this formula:
y=-2x+b
Now, we just had to find y-intercept or b by using this point (3,-3) into this formula:
-3=-2(3)+b
-3=-6+b
Plus 6 from both side
-3+6=-6+6+b
b=3. Lastly, we had full formula:
y=-2x+3. As a result, here is the graph. Hope it help!

The y intercept would be 3. You would get this by putting the points into point slope form. You would then get y+3=-2(x-3) by solving this, you woulkd get your final equation: y= -2x+3
