parallelogram area= base * perpendicular height
Assuming that the perpendicular height is 2 ft:
Area of one window = 3.25 * 2 = 6.50 square feet.
Since there are 3 identical parallelograms the Total Area = 3 * 6.5
= 19.5 square feet.
