This is the concept of transformations, we are required to find the coordinates of point Q' which is image of Q given the 0.5(x,y)→(0.5 x, 0.5 y)
The coordinates of Q is given by (0,2), thus using the above formula, the image of Q which is Q' will be given by:
Q'=[(0.5*0),(0.5*2)]
Q'=(0,1)
Therefore the coordinates of Q' will be given be (0,1)
