Besides, the contents in the slide should be visible and clear. Hence the tables/spreadsheets should be large enough.

The contents within the slide should also be highlighted with proper title or subtitle to enable audience easier to follow presentation and catch their attention. This is also the reason why we need to use column and row headers that are appropriate and descriptive for our inserted table and spreadsheet.
