If you use the formula
ME = (1)/(√(n)) then,

ME = (1)/(√(n))

0.063 = (1)/(√(n))

0.063*√(n) = 1

√(n) = (1)/(0.063)

√(n) \approx 15.87301587

n \approx (15.87301587)^2

n \approx 251.952632809271

n \approx 252

So we need roughly 252 people

Answer: Choice C) 252
