Since, it is an isosceles trapezoid, then area of an isosceles triangle is given by:
(1)/(2)(a+b)h, where a and b are the two parallel sides of the triangle and h is the height of an isosceles triangle.

Now, a= 10 inches and b= 3+3+10=16 inches and h=15 inches.

Therefore, Area of isosceles triangle=
(1)/(2)(10+16)(15)

=
(1)/(2)(26)(15)

=
195 sq inches

Therefore, area of an isosceles triangle= 195sq inches.
