Answer: its an earthquake.

Explanation: earthquakes are caused by the earths plates (a land under another one moving under it) scraping together. think of it as a car going over a bunch of rocks fast.

Fun fact, the earths crust stops on each other and after a while it gets realeased. basically getting stuck
