the halogen family is the correct answer but you have it listed for both b) and c) so?one of those would be right i believe

The answer is -

Halogens, the elements in the family are fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, and astatine.

They each have 7 valence electrons hence the reason they're the most active non-metals
