3x + 2y = 26
- 2y -2y
3x = 26 - 2y
-26 -26
3x - 26 = -2y

m = slope
b = x-intercept
y = y-intercept

3x + 2y = 26 ==> y = mx + b

Basically, you would make y isolated.

So, subtract 3x from both sides.

2y = -3x + 26

Divide both sides by 2.

y = -3/2x + 13

Where m = slope, 13 = y-intercept

~Hope I helped!~
