If he/she is a guest of a member of the club
If he/she is a member of the club or a family member of a member of the club
In a private club, servers usually ask this because it is usually club policy that their services and goods are only provided to those who are part of the club. Club members pay for these services and usually, only guests and family members can use their perks.
