2x+3y=-18

3y=-2x-18

y=(-2x-18)/3

The y-intercept is the value of y when x=0 so

y-intercept=-18/3=-6, technically the point (0.-6)

The x-intercept occurs when y=0 so

(-2x-18)/3=0

-2x-18=0

-2x=18

x=-9 So the x-intercept is the point (-9,0)

So x-intercept is -9 and y-intercept is -6
