1. How did World War I contribute to the events leading up to World War II?

The correct answer is B. This is because when Germany was defeated in WW1, they were forced to pay massive amounts of money as reparation and it harmed Germany's economy. With the economy being so bad, the Germans because desperate and listened to Hitler based on this desperation. Then with Hitler spouting rhetoric about rebuilding Germany and bringing them back to glory, he started WWII.
