1^(2) - 4 x 1 x 1

So now we need no insert the last variable...

1 - 4 = -3

This is a negative number. Therefore, there are only 2 complex roots.

Hope this helped. Have a great day!

a = 1
b = 1
c = 1
1^2 - 4*1*1
1-4 = -3
Since this is a negative number there will be 2 complex roots

Hope this helps!

In short your answer is 2 or 2 complex roots
