Three racially-motivated incidents in the 1960s included:

1. Rosa Park bus incident. Rosa Park led to a revolution when she was in a bus going back home from work and she sat i the fifth row and since the seats nearer the front where exclusive for white passengers when the bus was full, the bus driver ordered Parks and three other African Americans to move, but Park did not.

2.Martin Luther King Jr. "I Have a Dream" Speech, speaking out calling for the end of racism

3. Martin Luther King Jr's assassination in 1968
