-slope intercept form: y = mx + b
-move 2x behind the = but before the "+ 6", in order to get -3y = -2x + 6 (don't forget signs change when you move a number on the other side of the "=")
-then divide by -3 to everything to get "y" alone
answer: y = 2/3x - 2
hope this is an option and helps :)

well what you want to start off by doing is trying to get the y term by itself.. so well move 2x first

-3y = 6- 2x

then divide by three

y= -2 +2/3 x
