First step is to do the square power on the second parenthesis.
(49x^2y^6)
Now multiply by first parenthesis.
(2x^4y^5)(49x^2y^6)
2*49 = 98
x^4 * x^2 = x^6 (add powers)
y^5 * y^6 = y^11 (add powers)
Put it all back together.
98x^6y^11
