So you have 2 1/2 so now add 2 1/2 + 2 1/2 and this equals 5 batches because 2 +2 = 4 and add 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 whole which make 4+1=5

I think you have to multiply 2 1/2 by 5 which gives you 12 1/2
