times both sides by 2 to clear fractions
8(3x+12)=36+24x+15
distribute
24x+96=24x+51
minus24x both sides
96=51
false
no solution
but, if it was
4(3x+12)=18+ (1)/(2(24x+15)) then the answes are

x= (-75- √(2029) )/(48) and
x= (-75+ √(2029) )/(48)
