why don't lunar eclipses happen in each month of the year?

lunar eclipse don't happen each month because you may think they are perfectly lined up but they are not I might be a sliver that does not line up that Is why we don't have them each month of the year

Lunar eclipses occur only when the sun, Earth, and moon are aligned. So the answer is that the earth moves very slowly around the sun (1 year basically), and it would take a certain amount of rotations to get them all aligned to make the eclipse. I hope that helps a bit
