We the people in order to form a more perfect union, astablish justice ,ensure the master tranquility. Provide for the commen defence, promote the general well fair and astablish justice and liberty for ourselfs and our prosperity to ordain and astablish this constitution, for the united states of America

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The Preamble is the opening statement to the United States Constitution. The preamble explains the reasons why the Framers of the Constitution made our government a republic.
