What is the equation of a line that is parallel to 2x+3y=-3 and passes through the point (6,1)

2x+3y=-3
3y = -2x - 3
y = -2/3x -1
slope = -2/3

y = mx +b
1 = -2/3(6) + b
1 = -4 +b
b = 5

equation
y = -2/3x + 5 ...this is your answer
