2x+3=0

2x=-3

x=-3/2

x=-1.5

when x=0,y=f(x)=2(0)+3=3

so one point is (0,3)

when x=2,y=f(x)=2(2)+3=4+3=7

so point is (2,7)

Draw a line through (0,3) and (2,7)

see where it cuts x-axis.

zero is x=-1.5
