360 degrees in circle
70/360 of full circle=7square feet
7/36 of full circle=7 squre feet
times both sides by 36/7
full circle=36 square feet
area=pir^2
36=pir^2
divide oth sides by pi (use 3.141592)
11.459=r^2
sqrt both sides
3.3851
about 3.4ft
