Arc BYA is half the circle and so it is 180 degrees.
When a tangent line (AC) intersects with a chord (AB), it forms an angle (∠BAC) equal to one half of the intercepted arc, so angle BAC = 90 degrees.
Arc YA = 180 -52 = 128 degrees
Angle YAC = 64 degrees.
