Jimmy wants to buy a bike that costs $295. He already saved up $40, so he stills needs 295 - 40 = $255. He started saving $25 per month. Let x be the number of months he needs to achieve $255.

25x >= 255
Divide both sides by 25
25x / 25 >= 255 / 25
x >= 10.2

Jimmy needs more than months to be able to buy the bike, so at least 11 months.

Hope this helps! :)
