The solution to this answer is simple.
Henry is wide eyed for several video games, which amount to a total of $423.
He has a job of mowing lawns. The question is asking how many lawns he will need to mow if he charges $46 per mow, to get to or above $423.
So, this is simple multiplication. You can do division too, but multiplication is simple in this case with such a small number.
If you take, lets say, 46*5, you get 230. This is too small, so increase the number you multiply by. Let's say we do 46*9, you get 414. This is very close to what we need, but not quite there. Henry needs to mow one more lawn to get the minimum amount of money he needs. So, take 46*10, and you get 460
By the time henry mows 10 lawns, he will have a total of $460, which is enough to buy the $423 worth of video games.
Your answer is: Henry must mow 10 lawns to earn enough money.
~Hope this helps!

Set up an equation that models the problem:
46 * x = 423, where x is the number of lawns he needs to mow.
then x = 423/46 = 9.19
Round up to 10 lawns.
